Direct Repair Program

We do what it takes to get your vehicle back on the road – FAST. If your insurance company participates in the Direct Repair Program, all you have to worry about is making sure your vehicle gets to us – whether you bring it in yourself, or it needs towing. With your approval, repairs can then begin – often on the same day. All you’ll owe us is any applicable deductibles. We send the remainder of your bill direct to the insurance company. Participating in the Direct Repair Program allows us to help you get back on the road faster, while also providing the high level of service we’re known for.

If your insurance company does not participate in this program, that’s okay. We’ll work with your insurance company estimate. If we find anything with the estimate that we feel isn’t covered adequately, we’ll call your insurance company for you, and get authorization for those needed repairs. No matter who your insurance company is, we’ll be happy to work with them to help you get the best service possible.

At Central Texas Collision Services, we want to be your partner in keeping you on the road, in style. Through our sister company, Austin Extreme Graphics, we offer truck lettering and graphics. We can work with art you provide, repair art that has been damaged in a collision, or design something for you from scratch. We’ll take your special branding message and extend it to decals, bumper stickers and labels, too, if you’d like.
