What kind of insurance claims do you accept?
All insurance is welcome. We will work with any insurance company to make sure we get you back on the road as quickly as possible, and that you receive the best in service.

How do I start the claim process?
If your insurance company participates in the Direct Repair Program, all you have to worry about is making sure your vehicle gets to us – whether you bring it in yourself, or it needs towing. We’ll work with your insurance claim electronically and get our estimate sent back to them as quickly as possible. With your approval, repairs can then begin – sometimes on the same day. All you’ll owe us is any applicable deductibles. We send the remainder of your bill direct to the insurance company. Participating in the Direct Repair Program allows us to help you get back on the road faster, while also providing the high level of service we’re known for.

If your insurance company does not participate in this program, that’s okay. We’ll work with your insurance company estimate. If we find anything with the estimate that we feel isn’t covered adequately, we’ll call your insurance company for you, and get authorization for those needed repairs.

How long will it take to repair my vehicle or truck?
We can only give estimated times on completion because of parts availability, severity of damage, and the actions of your insurance company. But, what we do guarantee is that we’ll do our very best to do everything we need to do on our end to make sure your repairs are done as quickly as possible. We know that every day you are without your vehicle can mean lots of inconvenience as well as potentially lost income for you. We always keep that in mind and use that knowledge to help us go above and beyond in giving you the fastest service we possibly can.

What are your warranties?
We warranty parts for 12 months, and labor for the life of the vehicle. Warranties are not transferable and are limited to the work performed. In cases of misuse, neglect, alteration, off-road use or malfunction not due to normal wear and tear, our warranty is void.

What kind of vehicles do you repair?
If it’s a vehicle we work on it!! We can work on any size auto or recreational vehicle, up to the largest truck such as Peterbilt, Mack or Freightliner trucks. We have two spray booths – one is 64’ foot long and can accommodate an 18-wheeler cab and trailer.

What else do you do besides auto body repair and painting?
We offer custom graphic wraps for your commercial fleet or trucks. We can work with art you provide, repair art that has been damaged in a collision or design something especially for you. Please visit our sister company website, Austin Extreme Graphics for more information.
